The cruise ship reached Tromsø, the third largest city north of Arctic circle in Norway. Chris took us to walk around the town. It was a small town and tourists would come here in the winter to see the northern light. We went into a gift shop to watch a short movie introducing the town and a show of northern light. It was quite nice.

The tour ended at a pub called Olhallen, operated by a brewery named Mack. Daddy has a glass of dark beer called Black Silk (14.6% alcohol) and we had a nice chat with our tour guide Chris.

Mack Brewery (Macks Ølbryggeri) is a historic Norwegian brewery located in Tromsø. Founded in 1877 by Ludvig Markus Mack, it is famous for its rich Arctic heritage and for housing Ølhallen, Tromsø's oldest pub.

There is a triangle shaped church - the Arctic Cathedral on the other side of the river. It is famous for its mosaic glasses. There is a long bridge cross the river. I got some nice pictures.
